Specifically for THT assembly, we have developed the SoyoniK Guide®.
It brings the proven principles of traditional THT workstations into a new generation: digital, interactive, and future-proof. Instead of relying solely on laser guidance, as known from conventional systems, the SoyoniK Guide® uses a high-resolution camera with real-time detection that checks each placement, provides immediate feedback, and guides operators step by step. This is complemented by an interactive projector that digitally highlights component positions and projects instructions directly onto the workstation. The result: maximum ergonomics, precise and intuitive assembly, and error-free operation.

In addition, the system offers 100% traceability and space for up to 33 interchangeable material positions – making it ideal for highly variant, low-volume, high-mix production in the THT sector.
